Membrane structure canopies are an important component of modern urban planning. Their distinctive shapes play a significant role in the construction of parking lots and waiting halls, making them widely adopted in many places for convenient parking.

The membrane structure canopy represents a structural system that perfectly integrates architecture and structure, and is one of our many successful case studies. In this project located in Guangzhou, Guangdong, although the membrane structure canopy required by the client is relatively small in scale, its well-designed shape accommodates multiple vehicles, meeting a critical local need.

The membrane structure canopy covers an area of 120 m², using high-quality PVDF membrane material and Q235 steel. With regular maintenance, its service life reaches 15 to 20 years. The membrane material offers excellent light transmittance, achieving a transmittance rate of 10%–15%. The membrane surface absorbs ultraviolet rays from sunlight, providing effective sun protection for vehicles, slowing down the aging process of automobiles, and extending their service life. By selecting different colors of membrane fabric, the canopy blends seamlessly into the surrounding environment, enhancing the architectural aesthetics of the site.
